Mobile concrete batching plant

Features Include:

1- Capacity: 30-60m3/h fresh concrete and 70m3/h dry concrete.

2- Aggregate storage bins: with capability of storage 4 kind of material, 35 m3 the total
capacities, equipped with pneumatically controlled discharged opening.

3- Aggregate weighting system: Hooper and belt conveyor mounted on 4  load cells with
capacity of 2500 kg, Weighting  conveyor with 600 mm width, 7.5 Kw electromotor.

4- Mixer: vertical mixer, capacity of 0.75 m3,  22 Kw electro motor.
 
5- Cement weighting system: 500 kg capacity.

6- Water supply system: Digital water control, 2" water supply pump.

7- Operator cabin: with its belongings is a suitable place for settlement the operator and
 make a good condition to control the plant.

8- Pneumatic system: With Italian accessories and 350 Lit air compressor.

9- Chassis Complex: with axle and tires and pneumatic brake system, standard trailer
