Mechanism of Operation Composite materials are fed into the upper section of the machine via the feeding system. In the first stage, powerful blades or hammers break down large composite pieces into smaller fragments. The crushed materials are then directed to the second stage, where they are further processed by more precise mills (like swing hammer or blade mills) into finer, uniform particles (powder or granules). Fibers and resin are crushed simultaneously, resulting in a final product that is a mixture of both components. Dust generated during the process is collected by the suction system. The final product is discharged through the outlet port.
