Mobile Continuous Asphalt Plant
Mechanism of Operation Dry aggregates of appropriate grading are fed into the dryer via a feed conveyor. Inside the dryer, the aggregates are simultaneously dried and heated to the required temperature by hot air and rotation. The heated aggregates are then transferred to the mixer unit, where they are continuously blended with hot bitumen and filler powder (injected by the weighing system). The produced hot asphalt mix is immediately transferred to haul trucks by a discharge conveyor. The automated control system precisely adjusts and monitors all stages, from aggregate feeding to bitumen proportioning and temperature control.
