Le classificateur \u00e0 spirale est une machine principalement utilis\u00e9e pour s\u00e9parer les boues vis-\u00e0-vis du sable et des mat\u00e9riaux fins. Les produits r\u00e9sultants sont le sous-flux (underflow) qui est une fraction partiellement s\u00e8che contenant le mat\u00e9riau brut et le sur-flux (overflow) qui est une fraction fine avec ce qui reste de la portion du liquide. Cette machine est d’habitude plac\u00e9e \u00e0 la fin de l’installation de concassage et criblage.<\/p>

Cette machine est compos\u00e9e d’un bac inclin\u00e9 et d’une ou deux spirales tournant lentement et ne touchant ni les c\u00f4t\u00e9s ni le fond du r\u00e9servoir. Ce r\u00e9servoir contient un bassin de pulpes fluides et est con\u00e7u pour permettre aux solides grossiers de se s\u00e9parer de l’eau et des impuret\u00e9s. En cons\u00e9quence, ils sont extraits par gravit\u00e9, par des moyens m\u00e9caniques ou par pression. Les solides qui ne sont pas s\u00e9par\u00e9s sont appel\u00e9s sur-flux (overflow) comme indiqu\u00e9 ci-dessus.<\/p><\/section><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
