How it works (mechanism) In a Dry Concrete Batching Plant, different materials (cement, sand, aggregate) are stored in their respective hoppers. The digital weighing system (using load cells) measures the precise weight of each material and then conveys them sequentially or simultaneously to the mixer (typically the mixer installed on a truck mixer). Water is also added in the correct proportion in the mixer, and the final mixing process takes place.
