Operating Mechanism Description
Material is fed into the washer or classifier tank where water is introduced for washing and separation. The rotating spiral or screw mechanism agitates the material, allowing fines, silt, and unwanted impurities to be suspended and removed with the overflow. Cleaned and dewatered material is gradually conveyed by the spiral toward the discharge point, where it exits with reduced moisture content, suitable for belt conveyor transport and storage.

The jaw crushers are available in three models: K7 M×1500, K9 M×1500, and K10 M×1800, with capacities of 50–70, 60–90, and 90–120 tons per hour, and motor powers ranging from 18.5 to 22 kW. The model weights range from 6000 to 8000 kg.
Additionally, the Double Spiral 700×600 and Log Washer 930×600 offer capacities of 70–100 tons per hour, powered by two 15 kW and 22 kW motors respectively, weighing 8500 kg, ideal for efficient washing and classification of materials.
